I have been interviewed for a job long time ago, when I didn't worked as a civil servant. I made a lot of interviews in that time. I think I had a good experience, because I got a lot of works I applied.

The most important think you need is a good knowledge about yourself, the company and the abilities for the job their are looking for someone. Finally, honesty is essential.
