I think all qualities are important for impress an interview. But I'd emphaisize work experience and personality.
Work experience because a person with this quality knows the profession or job, and this is advantageous and profitable for the employer. Per sonality, is very important too. Personality says the kind of person apply for the job and if he's appropiate and suitable for a specific position in the company.
