It’s not the work what I like, it’s the company. There is a lot of reasons.
Some reasons are:
Google's founders built a company around the idea that work should be fun.
Google puts employees first when it comes to daily life in its offices.
Their priority is to offer a customizable program that can be tailored to the specific needs of each individual.
In the work you can find whimsical lava lamps and large rubber balls.
They offer some services like first-class dining facilities, gyms, laundry rooms, massage rooms, haircuts or carwashes.
