I think the most important quality in a job interview is the work experience and the personality. Qualification can be important also but I think it's no so important as the experince.
The job interviews are always hard because it's like to do an exam in some minutes that can mark your next future, that's why we are nervous.
My advice for the first job interview is to be calm.
