I planed the summer holidays with a lot of illusion, but now I’ve renounced to them because I must work. For this reason, I’ve canceled the reservations in the travel agency and I’ve tried to retrieve the quantity of money paid in advance.
I haven’t obtained. Is it lawful? What should I do?
Could somebody give me some advice ?
