i think that in a job interview all of these qualities are important for the interviewer, but unfortunately many times the appearence is too much important in our society. I would like that an interview been a objective selection, but it's a subject human decision.I have had a few interviewes in my work life but my experience are good because the interwier was a correct person and we had a good comunication.I recommend for a job interview to be calm and to think that you are the best person for the job.i propose to be calm, self-confident and have to be able to hear the interviewer.
