Job interviews

Recently I did a job interview and the most important qualities that I valorated was the work experience, how long people had been working in the same company before, what kind of job had been they doing. These were the mainly qualities that I valorated.
Obviously, I had the CV and before to do the interview I tried to choose people with appropiate habilities for the specific job.
I'm satisfied with the selection, the person who get the job is a good worker, responsible, nice and has a good appearance too.
