Description
Must have solid demonstrated proficiency using PC skills, MS Suite products, flowcharting tools Must have a solid demonstrated proficiency using email and electronic scheduling calendars. Solid demonstrated proficiency using analytical tools is a plus. SQL skills preferred.
6+ years of progressive work experience designing moderate to complex business processes, process mapping, working on large-scale process improvement initiatives and business system design. Demonstrated testing experience is a plus, but not necessarily required of business analyst positions within some divisions of IT.
Strong written and oral communication skills, strong analytical skills and strong on collaboration and relationship building. Thorough understanding of business processes. Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and methodology.
Should be willing to work overtime if necessary.

Preferred – Health -censured- Knowledge in Claims/Financial or Knowledge of Siebel CRM /Siebel Analytics
