In a job interview, what qualities do you think impress an interviewer most?
• appearance
• qualifications
• work experience
• personality

Why?

I think the quality that impresses most an interviewer is applicants’ personality and work experience, because you can have very good qualifications or a good appearance, but these things are not essential to work.

2. Job interviews.
Have you been interviewed for a job? Was the experience good or bad?
I have been interviewed for a job in different occasions. All times I had another job, and the interviews were to improve my job, it’s for that reason that I wasn’t nervous and the experience weren’t bad. I have a good remembering of my last interview, I’ve got my current job.

3. Job advice.
What advice would you give to someone about to go to their first job interview?
It’s difficult to give someone an advice to go to their first job interview. Each situation is completely different. I only can say that is important to leave tensions at home.
