1. Important qualities
I think that the most impress in a job interview is the personality, because normally the companies looking for actives persons and that they don't mind to work in differents tasks, they prefer versatil people. Also is very important the work experience, so the new employee can work fast and with knowledge.

2.- Job interviews
My experience was very good, although I was nervous. I have not been in a lot of job interviews. I have a good employ.

3.- Job advice
Although is very difficult to advice I think that you can do is the following:
- Choose clothes to suit the occasion
- Try to be relax
- To be a kindly person
- Speak slowly
- To be a confident person
