I think that all qualities (appearance, qualifications, work experience, personality) are important in an interview, but the most important is the qualifications because you show that you have knowleges and can do the work right. Also, I believe that if you have work experience, you have one more advantage.
JOB INTERVIEWS
Until now, I have only three interviews and the experience was good because I got the job all the times.
JOB ADVICE
I advise you to be yourself and think POSITIVELY. If he doesn't like you, he will be loser!
