An ideal job is some job when you can take your own decisión, a job who don´t mind about timetable because you like it and you´re a part of a chain , you have clear value of responsibility and very good relation whit your partners , if you work as a part of a team and you consider your partners as your friend you would work better. I think is very important to be inside a team and have a good relation.
A job never like, I think some kind of job you are alone, and you have only yourself and your work, is very hard be 8 hours a day alone, a mechanical job who always do the same, and you don’t have opportunities of progress or improve.
