A job interview isn’t a speech, but it isn’t too a talk with your friends; is it obvious?
Usually, the interviewers have a summary, and they are less interested in that you answer than in how you answer.
You will have to have a summary too. You need know your best qualities. You need to be able to explain your personality without modesty, but in all sincerity.
Finally, you must believe in yourself and tell them that you are the person that they are looking for.
Ah! And luck!
