First woman has thick lips so she will be a talkative person but that she has the two parts of the face very similar, that sign means that, people tends to be calm a cheerful.
The second photograph belongs a man with long upper lips, thick hair and the two sides of his face are not very similar. He's looks like a sarcastic and unemotional man and sometimes maybe moody.

Second woman she looks happy, she is smiling and seems a real smile, I can see. She is cheerful and calm.
She has a line around her eyes and her face very balanced. I believe she's calm and cheerful but her lips don't look very thick. We can’t see her hair perhaps is talkative.
The last one is too difficult for me to describe him but he looks cheerful. Particularly, I believe he is the perfect face to make TV. He can be sarcastic and unemotional or sweet and loving.

I agree with Carme, but I think for making more exactly conclusions the photograph would be in colour, because you could see more the expressions.
