1. Important qualities.
I'm my opinion the most important is the personality. When I interview someone, my main concerned is the personality issues, because is the quality most difficult to change.
Obviously, the most correct is to say "Well, it depends of job".
For example, If you are recruiting someone to work as model, the most important is the appearance, but even in this kind of job the personality is important, and can make the difference between the good and the outstanding performance.
The qualifications and the work experience are both important, but just in the beginning. In the middle term the effect of work experience and qualifications expires if, once again, you don't have strong personality.
Post your opinion on the Noticeboard in the Study Room. Compare it to the opinions of other students.
2. Job interviews.
Have you been interviewed for a job? Was the experience good or bad?
I have been interviewed only at once! Really! My colleagues doesn't believes that, but is true.
I must considered a very positive experience.

3. Job advice.
Well the most important advice is: “Don’t be nervous”, don't stress to much (a little bit of stress is fine - the psychos’ call that positive stress).
I also considered important the appearance. The first contact should be positive.
To finalize, you need to be able to uninspected situations. In some recruitment companies, they test the applicants in strange scenarios. One example is: You start the interview, and the interviewer starts screaming with you!
So, be calm and expect the uninspected!
Post your opinion on the Noticeboard in the Study Room. Read the advice of other students.
