qualities in a job interview

I think that the four qualities described in the exercice (appearance - qualifications - work experience – personality)are important for an interview, because an interview is based on the knowledges, skills and abilities required to perform a job. It depence of the job that one quality could be more important than other.
In my job for example, work experience is essential as much as the personality and the skills. Make a positive and professional first impression and show the interviewer the professionalism and the ability to communicate effectively by speaking clearly is basic.
The apparence for me is secundary, because a person that is applying for a job, at the moment of the interview I’m sure that dress appropriately. I know the body language is very important too (posture, voice, hand movements), but a good appearance is not necessary in all jobs.
And qualifications normally are a symbol of knowlegde and that you have enough training for thkis job, but I think is not a guarantee that you will develop correctly this job.
