In a job interview, what qualities do you think impress an interviewer most? appearance, qualifications, work experience or personality. Why?

+ I believe that the first thing is appearance, everypeople prejudge everypeople although after that they can think they are wrong. The second is the personality, sometimes the personality make you change your first opinion about a person (appearance).
