I think all the qualities exposed in the exercise are important but if I have to choose at one, I say the most important quality is "Work Experience". For exmaple, an interview for a phone recepcionist employed, you can have good appearance, good qualifications or good personality but, a person with work experience will do the work better than you.

It's my opinion.

I quite disagree with you. I think in a job the more important quality is a good personality and after work experience, qualifications and sometimes at the end, the apearance. For instance, a recepcionist could have a lot of experience but if he or she 's bad character, it influences his voice. Also in general, people have to work with others so personality and work experience have to match one wich other. Sometimes the experience is not necessary and the offer is for begginers only. Also I think the appearance in cases to attend public is important.

What impress an interviewer most?
I think it’s a mixt of qualities, and it depends on the job you are applying for. It’s not the same a job that requires a great experience and qualifications than a job that the most important matther is leader a people’s group that requires – besides work experience, qualifications...- a positive personality, for exemple.
