1. Possible explanations.

What possible explanations could there be for the sightings, footprints, and even film, of Bigfoot?

- People may have seen a plane at night and thought it was a UFO.
- Hiker may have seen man-sized footprint and thought it was a Bigfoot.
- Tourists may have seen a big fish-like body and thought it was the Loch Ness Monster.


2. What about you?

Do you believe any of these animals really exist? Why/Why not?

... any others?

For example, in case of the Loch Ness Monster, some years ago I read that there's no evidence of their existence because of there's no proof about it despite all the sightings that people ensures have seen and even photographed.

I remember a film with the Loch Ness Monster as a one of the main characters, about a gangster band with their headquarters close to the lake where the band had a mechanic monster to carry the objects wich they deal illegally. At the same that the Monster appeared, neighbours fleeing in fear and allowed to the gangsters work without problems until someone noticed that it definitely wasn't a real monster and discovered the plot.

Hi Jordi, yes I agree, the whole thing is probably a myth encouraged by the tourism industry to attract visitors! It's a pity, it would be nice to have a real monster living in the lake. One thing:
At the same that the Monster appeared = You need a word here: "Whenever the Monster appeared..."
neighbours fleeing in fear = "neighbours" doesn't work here. You can say "...the local peole ran away in fear" (you need to use the past simple here.)
