Work injuries

1. Have you, or has anyone you know, ever suffered from RSI or Sad?
Answer : No, I haven't or don't know.

2. Do you make sure that you sit and type correctly when you use a computer or typewriter? Do you ever have pains in any parts of your body from using the computer for long periods of time?
Answer:I don't know my sit and type is not current but I will have pains when I sit for long periods of time.

3. What advice would you give to someone who has just bought a computer to prevent problems like RSI and aches and pains in the back, shoulders and arms? Write five suggestions. Read the suggestions of your classmates and vote for the best five.
Answer:1. Take a break at a certain time
2. Do some stretching activities
3. Planning the time to use the computer
4. Sitting posture is correct
5. Don't sit in the same position for a long time

4. Do you think the exercises described in READING are very useful and effective?
Answer:Yes, it is useful and effective.

5. Do you do any exercises while or after working at a desk for a long period of time? Describe two. Then read the exercises posted in the Forum and choose the ones you like best.
Answer:Yes, I will chance a new place to do my work and do some exercises
