Organising a work space

1. Stretch your legs forward, land the whole sole of your foot, and grasp the ground with your toes at least a hundred times.
2. Bend your arms with your hands, fold your fingers in the back of your head, swing your arms for chest enlargement and turn your head back at least fifty times.
3. Close your eyes. Imagine a lamp in front of you. Focus on it.
4. Puff up your mouth, like gargling with water in your mouth, to stir up your cheeks.
5. Get up and go out every half hour.
