1.Eye movement
Stand straight, your head.
Fixed, eye-up
Look up at the ceiling, and then
Tilt down on the ground.
(2) Eye slow left and right
You'd say, look to the left and right.
Side items.
(3) Look first to the top right corner and
The object in the lower right corner,
And then the upper left corner and the left
An object in the lower corner.
2.Hand movement
Fingers to open, stop for ten seconds;
The hand is extended forward, the palm is down, the wrist slowly upwards
Buckling. Stop for ten seconds. And then slowly bend down, stop
Ten seconds.
