1. Have you, or has anyone you know, ever suffered from RSI or SAD?
Ans:No,I never heard about RSI and SAD.

2. Do you make sure that you sit and type correctly when you use a computer or typewriter? Do you ever have pains in any parts of your body from using the computer for long periods of time?
Ans:No and Yes,I always felt pains in the back after using computer.

3. What advice would you give to someone who has just bought a computer to prevent problems like RSI and aches and pains in the back, shoulders and arms? Write five suggestions. Read the suggestions of your classmates and vote for the best five.
Ans:1.Do some exercises to relax your back muscles after using the computer for a long time
2.Do not use your computer for too long.
3.Stretch after using the computer for about one hour.
4.Sit properly whenever you use the computer.
5.Bend your hands up and down to relax your muscles after using the computer for a long time

4. Do you think the exercises described in READING are very useful and effective?
Ans:Yes, I think it is really useful.

5. Do you do any exercises while or after working at a desk for a long period of time? Describe two. Then read the exercises posted in the Forum and choose the ones you like best.
Ans:No,I'm too lazy, but sometimes I will do some stretch to relax my back muscles and my neck.
