1.Stretch after an hour using the computer.
2.Keep your back straight.
3.Label all your important files.
4.After using computer for an hour, give some rest to you eyes by looking at sides for around 30 seconds.
5.Keep everything neat and tidy.

***See that you are absolutely right with your opinion about keeping tidy and clean. Although some people do not believe it but it is very important to have the work space organized with that you avoid some stress and you can identify what you need without having to sit badly or work uncomfortably. Thank you for your comments.
