Work Injuries

1) No, luckily I and anyone i know we havent'suffered from RSI or SAD.

2) I commit myself to sit correctly when i use computer but it's difficult for me, instead, I type correctly.
When I use computer for a long period i have pain long my neck.

3) I advice use a good and comfortable chair and buy a footboard for feet.
It's important make movement and exercise two, three times at week.
During the use of computer might some streching of back, neck, shoulder and arms.
Get up every forty, fortyfive minutes for a little walk to wake up body.

4)Yes, I think exercise described in Reading is very useful and effective.

5)At work when I use computer for a long period i make some exercise for neck and arms.
