work injuries

Hi everybody,

I would like to tell you about my brother, he has It degree and he is all the time working on the computer, as I am a yoga teacher I tell them some exercise to do meanwhile he is working. these exercises will help to improve their muscle movements and will reduce the low back pain.

1.- First, Raise up his hands, take a deep breath, and bow down all his body, (if he is sithing is fine) and try to hang the heels, exhale and try to stretch the black.
2..-Then, interlace the fingers, stretch the arms and place the palms looking outside, breath deep during the stretching.
3.-Following, with your hand's interlace, move the wrists like waves of the sea.
4.- Don't forget to move your head side to side during your deep breathing.
5.- the last exercise and not the less important roll up and down your shoulders.

I really hope this exercise could help someone else.
