What about charities?

In my country there are a very famous charity named Teletón. It is to support children affected by cancer. I think it is a good idea but many people have been criticised because of fraud.
In Mexico greatest actions could be relatinated with suspects.
There are many people in the streets asking money to survive because the great level of the poverty but I think soponsore this people is not a good idea because there are many people in good conditions of healthy or skills and they don’t want to work. A lazy people. We have to teach this people instead support them.

I think soponsore this people is not a good idea= Sponsor is not possible here. You can say: Giving these people money is not a good idea.
in good conditions of healthy= .. there are many people who are perfectly healthy..
