In my case I have learned a language that may disappear, I speak in Basque. The most important thing is the co-officiality of the language and to promote speaking the language in all social environments. The same can be applied to the proposed example

The greatest wealth of a country comes from development of human potential. People can learn other languages to be able communicate in different countries.
