I can't believe this kind of story.I really think it's just a topic of the mind imagination.Perhaps it was only a dream. Or maybe she wanted to make a joke,didn't she?.

Why not? I'm sure she suspected something, specially when she took the train, but a few hours later the shame had to be so hard that she tried to convince herself she was on Turkey.

I don't think that anybody think that it is true. when you get off a plane, the information, advertising, calligraphy of the poster and the time of the fly can indicate that you had not arrive to the destination.
