I know some extreme sports:

Diving: When we are on finding an area of diving we must notice in some basic features like the maximum and average deepth, visibility, species that there are, temperature. Nowadays we can practise scuba diving around the world and there are really excellent scuba diving's areas. The most famous arees for diving: Red Sea (Jordan, Egypt, Israel), Colombia, The Caribbean Islands (Jamaica, Puerto Rico), Mexico, Spain (Balearic Islands, Cadiz, Huelva, Malaga, Almeria), United States...

Fly in paraglider: Its name is a reduction of slope's parachute. The practise of this sport require knowledge, technical, practical and tactical that it must be acquired previous to at the begining of the practise. You can't learn to glide in paraglider without before going to the trainer's lessons. You need a minimum equipment to fly. The biggest danger of this sport are the unexpectes turbulences that can cause the fold of a profile of the cloth (folding), but if you are prepared these kind of situations aren't a danger. The paraglider haven't got rigid parts and its weigth is less than the pilot, it hasn't got any kind of motorization.

Water skiing: Mixing of surf and skiing. You need a launch, a pair of skis, a life jacket, a rope, a helmet and gloves. To practise it you need physics strength, technique and reflexes, that turns this sport into one of the most complete sport. Practising this sport you lose the fear of the speed at the same time that you feel it over your legs, also you feel the wind's strength and the water's energy over all your body.

I have never done a dangerous activity but I would like to do diving because I love the sea and all related with the sea. The sea give me a lot of energy to my body. I feel very well mentally and phisically. Another sport that I would like to do is paragliding because I can feel the wind on my body and I enjoy the freedom of flying over the world.
