There are different ways to go from London to Torquay:

• Taking an International Train since you’ll arrive at London Waterloo and from here, you can take the bus number 211, which will take you directly from Victoria Coach station (not Victoria train station). Buses are every 15 minutes, and the journey takes about 20 minutes. After that, you can take a National Express Coach from here, as I said below.
• Renting a car and go from London to Torquay. However, I advise you not to do that, since it’s very expensive.
