1. Important qualities.
In a job interview the qualities that frequently most impress an interviewer are: appearance, qualifications, work experience and personality. But personality is the most important one, because it normally shows the way that the applicants are gong to use to set up the relationships with others in order to obtain the goals of the job, and, of course, to empathize or not with the interviewer, what may be decisive.
2. Job interviews.
I have no personal experience about. But I attended several times to specific lectures, where always the lecturer pay attention in the importance of being calm and expressing in a quiet mood, what is more easy to say that to do. Because I haven’t been interviewed for a job I wasn’t able to say if the experience wouldn’t be good or bad.
3. Job advice.
Not only for jobs, but also for all the things in life is important to be and to act in most normal personal and authentic way. Not hiding the best ones feelings and trying to be calm. But, by chance, wearing informal dress, and not too much too. To avoid suffocating.
