Hi Manuela (and everybody else who's reading), I have read your answers and, yes, London, Mycroft and an Stradivarius are correct. But what about the others ones? They are easy!
In connection with your questions, I think Sherlock Holmes met Watson when he was looking for rentig a room, as Holmes was doing. So a common friend introduce them. Holmes' worst enemy is Moriarty and, indeed, he's an expert in chemistry.
