I think that, perhaps, Nikki found in dolphins something that he didn’t find in his family. On the other hand, probably, he found playing with dolphins a funny game.
I have heard similar stories about other animals like dogs or horses. Some scientists say that dogs are a good way to help children with learning or social problems.
I knew a case related to an autistic boy. His doctor suggested his parents to buy a dog. They, the boy and his dog, started a therapy and in some months the boy had gotten better.
Some pedigrees of dogs are better to solve some type of problems than others.
About the quantity of money that Nikki’s mother spent, I think that most of parents would pay a lot of money to improve the situation of their sons and daughters. Mothers do a what be for their children.
