1. About where you live.
Answer these questions about where you live. Prepare answers then post them on the Noticeboard in the Study Room. Find someone who lives in a different country to you.
Read and respond to the answers of your classmates. Ask some more questions to find out what else is different about where you both live.
• Where do you live? I live in Sant Just Desvern, which is a village very close to Barcelona.
• What type of building do you live in? I live in a terraced house.
• Is this a typical type of building in your city or country? Is not a typical type of building in Barcelona, but is more usual in Sant Just Desvern.
• Do you like living there? Why? Why not? I like living in there, because I enjoy living in a house in the centre of the village, well communicate with Barcelona.
• Have you changed anything since you’ve lived there, or are you planning to change anything? Since I have been lived there, I changed the windows last year, the windows were of wood and now there are of white aluminium. As a result the house is more isolated, and I hope to save of heating.
I ask you some questions :
Do you live in the city centre or in the suburbs?
Do you have any balcony in your house?
