I believe that Animals provide physical, psychological and social benefits for persons with problems because Animals require to capture the attention and to motivating of the people.
I think that this case could be real but the “Communication media” are very exaggerated with some notices to draw attention.
There are people that make “campaigns” to raised money or they ask for help to the Associations or Foundations which are for helping to the families with problems and rare diseases.
