Women in jobs that are traditionally done by men

In Belgium exists a bus company called The De Lijn (http://www.delijn.be), I had never seen a woman driving a bus. In this country I saw a lot of women driving buses that look like the Metrobus in Mexico City. I only had seen men working in this kind of job but I’m still surprised how those women drive so well.
In this same country there is a festival called RockWerchter (http://www.rockwerchter.be) that is in another town called Werchter near to Leuven. I saw pictures of a woman that was building a stage like a man. I couldn’t believe that. I think it’s a job that requires a lot of physical effort and she didn’t look so strong.
Now there are women in the world that work playing soccer. I love to see a woman that earns money doing this kind of job. I think that could be more exiting to see a National Selection of women than a National Selection of men. (http://www.benettontalk.com/2006/08/afg ... e_men.html)
