The second advert is not suitable for Linda, because the rent is a bit upper ($ 700) than she is looking. Moreover Linda is looking for a room in Brooklyn not in the Upper West Side, she needs to go live from November not in October and, finally, she has a pet and they are not allowed in the room offered.
