Aboriginal people have lived in Australia for tens of thousands of years. During that time, records (some dating from extreme antiquity) were passed down through the generations through spoken allegories, myths and songs. The consensus among sholars for the arrival of humans of Australia is placed at 40.000 to 50.000 years ago. Indigenous Australians are the first human inhabitants of the Australian continent.

Australia is often said to have been discovered by Royal Navy Lieutenant (later Captain) James Cook in 1770. But it is possible that the Spanish or Portuguese Luis Váez de Torres working for the Spanish Crown sighted Australia when he sailed through the Torres strait in 1605. The written history of Australia began in 1606, when Pedro Fernandes de Queirós, a Portuguese navigator sailing for the Spanish Crown, reached there in 1606.

The history of Australia from 1851-1900 continues Australia's colonial history, the discovery of gold in 1851 wich lead to increased economic and political independence from Britain. The history of Australia since 1945 has seen a move away from Britain in political, social and cutural terms to engagement with the United States and Asia.

A didgeridoo is an ancestral wind instrument used by aboriginal people of Australia. Basically, it is a wooden tube that is played doing to vibrate lips inside of the tube.

We can find other examples of aboriginal art in Peru, Mexico, Guatemala, Argentina.

I can't search anything about indigenous art in my country.
