I live in a penthouse in a very nice village, Barcelona, the most important city of Catalunya and a very famous in Spain. Probably Barcelona is the most European city in Spain for many reasons. My flat is very nice and it was very difficult to find it. This is a small penthouse but with two very big terraces, the best in my flat. In Barcelona is not easy to find them because the new buldings don’t built them, the prices are too expensive and only you have the opportunity to find them in the center of the town but a very high price. Our weather permit to enjoy your terraces because from may to October can enjoy the sun, can have some lunches and make your live outside of your flat. For me is the best decision because you have the opportunity to enjoy and to live how you have some very different flats or it was an apartment inside of the city. Also we have some inconvenient, the penthouses are too cold and too warm than the normal flats. If I can change some thing in my hose are the space, we need more.
