Extreme sports

I know extreme sports like skiing down hills after being fired from a helicopter or jumping from a building. I think these sports are very dangerous.
•Have you ever tried an extreme sport or done a dangerous activity?
Really, I don't like extreme sports or at least I don't like practising them, another thing is to see them on TV.

No, I like sports which need a physical exertion like running, nordic skiing, mountain running can be the most dangerous sport that I have practised.
