Despite the progress in women’s role, I think there are traditional jobs for men and women. Maybe it is a cultural and social issue because, when you ask how comfortable would you be to see men in the maternity or women in trucking, some people do a large silence.

Here are some of the occupations that I consider non-traditional for women: trucks drivers, fire fighters, aircraft pilots, construction occupations, small engine mechanics, computer machine repairers and farmers.

By internet, I find that women employed in non-traditional jobs in USA earn higher wages than women employed in traditionally female occupations. Perhaps money could change her roles! Whereas a man who works in a “female” oriented job, he earns less than his male colleges. A 13% less!!
