I would like to explain the origin if may name, Ester, which is Hebrew. There are not many Esters in the world...this could be the begining of a tittle of a song...but every one of them is singular.
According to the Bible, she was the wife of the Persian King Ahasuerus and she was chosen by him to replace the queen Vashti. There were some conspirators who wanted to kill her husband and she advertised him of it. The conspirators were arrested and executed. Then the jewish peopole took her as her queen.
Ester is a form of a Persian name , Satarah, which it means Star.
So, I'm a Star....and there are a lot of beautiful stars in the sky!
I know that it isnt' a modern name because nowadays we have a lot of modern and beatiful names, but i think that every generation has his own names.
I don't know if there are more Esters in the noticeboard, but suerey!
So, did you know that Ester was the queen of the jewish country?
