1.What are common names where you come from? I come from Spain, in my country the common names are Martinez, Perez, Sanchez, Sastre, Flores, Torres, etc.
2.Is your family name common? My family name is not very common, usualy, when I meet someone named like me we are the same family. I meet a cousin of mine for first time when we was in the same golf championship.

3.Does your family name tell you anything about your family (e.g., where you come from)? I don't think so.

4.Some English names refer to trades or professions, such as Butcher or Baker. Does your name mean anything? Are there any names in your country that do?
Yes my name means plum's tree in my country there are a lot names that means professions, trades, nature things, etc.

5.Are any names from other countries popular in your country? Which ones? Yes, there are a few ones like Smith, Ryan.

6.In your country when you meet someone for the first time what name do you use? How do you know when you can use their first name? It depends If you meet someone in a formal or informal context, in a formal one you use your name and in the informal context usually you can use the first name.

7.In your country do you ever use surnames without a title (e.g., Mrs or Mr)? When could you do this? Why would you do it? Yes, in my country we use surnames when you meet someone for your job or someone older than you, like a friends of your parents for deference.

8.There are common pet names in English that show affection, such as honey, darling or pet. What words are used in your language? We use cariño, cosita, dulce, etc.
