jobs for everybody

I think we are still in a tradicional way about the jobs.
The drawins show the typical jobs and these are "typical" for each other, men and women.
But perhaps things are changing a little. Here , in my country you can see every day more women doing jobs that men used to do before and they also do naw. For example you see women driving buses or working with hard machines.
I think they earn the same salary, but I'm no sure at all. I think they should earn the same salary, because they are doing the same job but if bosses are men...I have doubts.
We also find men for example working as a hair-dressers, every day you find more, and they do they work perfectly.
So, things are changing but...at all???
