My family name is 'Pastor', it's origin is in relation to the profession of sheperd, from the Latin language 'Pastore', the person who guards the herd. There are diferent opinions about wich is its origin. Ones say it comes from many region of Spain; Aragón,La Rioja, Valencia...Other ones say it comes from France and goes to Catalonia onThe Reconquest time.
I have found several people who have my same name and surname. Curiously for me, ther is an sculptor called like me.
