I don't know if there are Therapy Centres with dolphins in Spain, but there are some Therapy Centres who work with horses. Children with problems can be treated in theses centres and the results are good.
I think the best way to get money is to go to the bank and ask for help to friends and family. You can also organize a lottery. In fact there are many organizations with little money, to survive, make every Christmas lottery tickets.
