6. When you meet someone for the first time you use the first name. You know uou can use their first name when they ask you to do it or when there exist a close relation.
7. Yes, we use it at work, with friends with same surname or at school. I don't know which is the reason to do it but in the case of friends. Sometimes it is used the surname intead the name to refer to someone who has same first name as another to make difference between both.
