-Should doping in sport be legalised?
I think doping in sport shouldn't be legalised. If someone decide to legalise it, it will be a very big error. Humans have an initial physical conditions that they have to try to improve and with a special training, they can achieve a good results in a concrete sport.
-Will it ever be possible to stop athletes breaking the rules to win?
I's really impossible to stop athletes breaking the rules to win, because we live in a competition world where usually the only important is money. Economics reasons are in a lot of times more important that sportive reasons.
-Are athletes who take drugs cheats or are they victims?
Of course, they are victims. They are victims of the ambition of himself and of all people that are around him or her : managers, coachs, legal representatives, sponsors...I think that the best athletes live always under pressure.
