1- I think doping in sports won't be legalised. We let's face it as some performance enhanding drugs have had terrific health side effects in athletes.
2- It's really difficult to stop athletes breaking the rules to win. All in sports leads to the winner and you'll be able to earn a lot of money if you're the best.
3- Sometimes cheats and sometimes victims.
